Seasonal villa rentals: 25% incl. VAT

Our fees are payable by the owner, unless otherwise stipulated in the mandate.
In accordance with Articles L.111-1 and following of the French Consumer Code, and the decree of January 10, 2017, our fees are displayed inclusive of all taxes (VAT included).
