Excellence Real Estate is the real estate division of the Excellence group, founded more than 8 years ago in Saint-Tropez by natives of the Gulf. We provide our clients with an in-depth and precise understanding of the Saint-Tropez, Ramatuelle, Gassin and Grimaud markets, supported by a trusted local network built over the years.

Specialising in the sale of luxury villas, we assist sellers and buyers with a bespoke approach grounded in discretion, transparency and high standards.

Thanks to the unique synergy with our sister company, Excellence Villa Rental, we seamlessly connect seasonal rentals with real-estate transactions, giving our clients privileged access to villas recognised for their desirability and proven potential.
